The icing on the cake! This wine's carmine heart with mahogany lights; this dark, unctuous wine calls out... The initial nose already provides a delicious palate of brandied cherries, with hints of fig and blackberry liqueur, followed by hints of praline and mocca draped over the palate. The texture is extremely varied – harmonious, perfectly balanced, meaty, concentrated and robust, melting in the mouth like a delicate mint chocolate. To turn the sweetness into a truly sensational experience, "D'où?" will willingly go with an Opéra. Serve at 18°C (partly fermented Grenache blended with marc de Provence to halt fermentation).
