The estate's vines take into account the proportions required for producing white, rosé and red Bandol wines.
Each grape variety grows and matures differently, depending on the soil.
All the white varieties are planted on south-facing restanques, or walled terraces, with rather light, sandy and marly white soils. The red varieties benefit from the diversity of soil types, especially the pebbly red soil of l'Ensoleillade, which emphasises the spicy character of the Mourvèdre grape.
The breakdown of grape varieties is as follows:
Mourvédre 45 % - Grenache 21 % - Cinsault 12 %
Carignan 4 % - Clairette 6 %
