The harvests
The harvests represent a special time of social interaction and conversation.
During which around a dozen people from different backgrounds come together for 9 days between the end of August and the end of September. This atmosphere, together with the weather and grape quality, sets the tone for the vintage. Harvested by hand in 30 kg crates, driven to the cellar in a trailer, the harvest is triggered as each of the plots and each grape variety matures, depending on the desired wine. The wine to be is determined by the attention and care lavished on the grapes (sorted in the vineyard and again when they arrive at the cellar).
