Domaine de la Tour du Bon
White

Bright wine with glints of green to straw, it has an immediate perfume of citrus fruit, white flowers and exotic fruits when young, which ages to scents of wax and honey. The mouth is full, without being heavy. Despite its low acidity it has an attractive liveliness due to a liquorice-tinged, minerally finish. This wine has a simple charm and is conceived as a perfume that can be drunk, to leave a remarkable length of flavour. Serve as an aperitif, with bass grilled with fennel, or white meat. Serve at 12°C.
